The "Los Magnolios" Homes for the Elderly are located in quiet surroundings, close to urban areas, with open spaces free from architectural barriers. They offer all home comforts together with technological installations adapted to the permanent and specialised care of elderly people.
The Centers
Each centre is a safe environment in which criteria of ergonomics, functionality, aesthetics and quality are applied, making them references in their sector.
Each site has its own specific installations (see previous section), although all are characterised by including extensive common areas, large covered and open-air spaces, carefully designed gardens and a wide range of spacious and magnificently equipped leisure areas.
The dining room areas are set up in different ways, depending on the capacity and care requirements of the residents.
